Shipping And Returns
At Retakegreen, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products that meet their needs and expectations. However, we understand that sometimes our products may be damaged during shipping or handling. To ensure customer satisfaction and confidence in our products, we offer a return policy for damaged items.
Eligibility
* Returns are accepted for products damaged during shipping or handling.
* Products must be in their original packaging, with all original components and accessories.
* Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, as indicated by the tracking information.
* Returns will not be accepted for damages or issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect.
Return Process
1. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process. You can email us at contact@retakegreen.com
2. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your returned product.
3. Ship the damaged product to our designated return address, using a trackable shipping method. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a full refund or replacement, as agreed upon with our customer service team.

* A restocking fee may be applied for returns not meeting our eligibility criteria.
* Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
* Shipping only in the United States.
* Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed.
