Clean Ups

Here's a small sampling of

our clean-ups saving the

world from litter.

High school in Roswell

My friends and I teamed up to tackle the litter at our high school, and we managed to collect over 200 pounds of trash! It was an eye-opening experience that not only helped beautify our campus but also raised awareness about the importance of keeping our environment clean. This was one of my favorite clean-ups, and it meant a lot to me, resulting in a cleaner school for future students.

Roswell, shopping plaza

woods

My friends and I rolled up our sleeves and set out to make a difference at the shopping plaza woods, collecting hundreds of pounds of trash that had been hidden from view. Our efforts paid off as we filled multiple truckloads with discarded bottles, cans, and debris, leaving the once-neglected woods feeling fresh and revitalized.

Sweep the Hooch 2025

Retkae Green was proud to sponsor the 15th Annual Sweep the Hooch, a massive volunteer cleanup effort spanning 200 miles of the Chattahoochee River. On March 22, over 1,500 volunteers gathered across 64 locations to remove a record-breaking 41 tons of trash, with 4.65 tons recycled. Our compostable bags played a role in making this event even more eco-friendly!

Thank you to everyone who helped make this the most impactful Sweep the Hooch yet. Together, we’re working toward a Trash-Free Chattahoochee!
